Do Eating Disorders Run in your Family?

The Eating Disorders Research Unit at the Institute of Psychiatry are investigating the role of genes in the development of eating disorders. The researchers are particularly interested in families with more than one member who has, or has had, anorexia nervosa. If you would like to find out more about this study, or about the other research studies which are underway in the unit, please visit their website (www.eatingresearch.com) or contact Corinne Gale at c.gale@iop.kcl.ac.uk or 020 7955 5000 ext. 5858.

Participation in these studies is entirely on a voluntary basis. It does not involve any painful or unpleasant tasks. Without help from you it is hard to develop the new knowledge that will help future generations. If you can please give a little of your time to help us all.
